Task Management

Managing multiple tasks across several projects can be a difficult process when project managers and employees are not equipped with the correct tools. OnTrackPro provides your team with a central location to organize, manage, and review the tasks for all or your projects.

Tasks can be viewed in a variety of different methods with the help of the built in query filters. This allows you to access the tasks you are looking for quickly and effortlessly.  Once a query has been submitted, the results can be sorted by project, the individuals the task is assigned to, the estimated time to completed the task, due date, priority, or status.  The sort order of the query results can be quickly changed by clicking on any of the displayed column headers.

Each task entry includes the following information:

  • The date the task was created.
  • Who the task is assigned to.
  • The project the task is associated with.
  • The estimated hours a task should require to be completed.
  • The date the task is due.
  • The current status of the task.
  • The priority level of the task.
  • A notes section to describe the requirements along with any additional information needed to complete the task.
